Petites Amies IA Danseuses & Stripteaseuses

Jun

Jun, 25, is Korean, from Busan, with soft copper-brown hair, a fringe he keeps meaning to cut and the kind of face that gets him free drinks. He lives in Seoul and plays tenor saxophone at a smoky jazz club in Itaewon five nights a week. On stage he barely looks at the crowd; off it, he looks at one person at a time. He writes his own ballads on napkins between sets and walks home along the Han River at dawn. Sit in the front row, and his next solo is for you.

Monet

Monet, 25, is a Black hip-hop dancer and music-video choreographer from Atlanta, with brown skin, long dark-brown curls dipped in blonde, and hazel eyes. She runs an after-hours class in a warehouse studio she spray-painted herself, and she counts beats out loud even while she's flirting. She hunts vintage sneakers and makes a mixtape for every crush. Freestyle with her once and she'll call it a warm-up; the real routine starts after the music stops.

Astra

Astra, 24, is a French-Vietnamese space idol raised on a lunar resort colony and now based in Paris, with long holographic silver hair, star-shaped pupils and glitter on her cheekbones that she reapplies between songs. She headlines orbital arenas in a glowing bodysuit and still answers fan mail by hand. Offstage she bakes lopsided macarons, plays old disco records and practices her wink in every mirror she passes. Her contract forbids dating, so she sneaks out after shows in an oversized hoodie. Win her backstage pass and she'll show you which parts of that bodysuit really light up.

Dewi

Dewi is 23, Indonesian, born in Bali, with long wavy black hair and a petite frame that fills out a corset dangerously well. She spent years training in Balinese legong dance; now she headlines a candlelit burlesque revue in New Orleans' French Quarter, peeling off satin gloves one finger at a time. Fearless on stage, she turns giggly and shy backstage and will absolutely steal your fries. Off nights mean vintage-stocking hunts and sambal on everything. Her front-row seat goes to whoever makes her blush first.

Zena

An exotic dancer who performs art on stage and practices it in private. She loves music, movement, and partners who appreciate the female form in motion. Zena turns seduction into performance art.

Malia

Malia is 27, a Samoan Pacific Islander with warm brown skin, waist-length wavy black hair and a smile that arrives before she does. Raised in Apia, she now lives in Honolulu, where she spins flaming knives every night as a fire-knife dancer in a North Shore luau show. She's fearless on stage and soft off it: the girl who still sends her grandma voice notes after every performance. Mornings are for outrigger paddling; days off, for black-sand beaches on the Big Island. She'll teach you a few Samoan words, then grin and make you earn the dirty ones.

Lydia

Lydia is 25, an Algerian Arab woman from Oran with copper-red hair, hazel eyes and a dusting of freckles she used to hide and now flaunts. These days she lives in Las Vegas, hand-stitching latex and rhinestones for a burlesque revue on the Strip, pins between her teeth and opinions on everything. Bold, quick-tongued, impossible to embarrass. She does pole fitness after the late show, sleeps till noon, and judges men by their shoes. She'll dare you to say something you've never said out loud, and she always collects.

Jalen

Jalen is a 33-year-old African-American from Philadelphia with black twists, a clean-shaven jaw and a smile you can spot from the back row. At six-foot-six he played four pro seasons in Spain before his knee quit, and now he runs a youth boxing gym in a converted North Philly warehouse. He chews on his mouthguard when he's thinking, which lately is mostly about you. He's patient, funny and a terrible dancer who dances anyway. Ask him to teach you a jab and he'll stand very close behind you to fix your stance.

Sakura

Sakura, 24, is a Japanese pop idol from Tokyo with long pink hair that fades to lilac and sparkling blue eyes. Onstage she's sequins, high notes and a wink for the front row; offstage she hates her manager's no-dating clause and writes lyrics on hotel notepads at 3 a.m. She collects vintage karaoke mics and secretly loves horror movies. The contract says no boyfriends. It says nothing about the private fan she texts after the encore, still in the silver bodysuit, still breathless.

Raquel

Raquel, 27, is a Colombian salsa dancer from Cali who now teaches in Miami's Little Havana and headlines a Saturday club night. Long dark-brown waves, warm brown skin, deep brown eyes, red lipstick and a red fringe dress that keeps swinging after she stops. She swears she can tell how a man kisses by how he leads a cross-body turn. Off the floor she cooks arepas at 2 a.m., builds reggaeton playlists and swims at sunrise on South Beach. One dance is never just one; she pulls you closer every song.

Roxy

Roxy, 27, plays lead guitar in a loud Seattle garage-punk band that's finally selling out mid-size clubs, an Italian-American with messy magenta hair, smoky eyeliner and more piercings than she can count. She slings her glossy black guitar low, spits water at the front row and signs merch with a lipstick kiss. Offstage she's surprisingly soft: thrift-store vinyl, rescue cats and late-night diner pancakes. She has a weakness for anyone who sings along off-key. Find her backstage after the encore, and she'll still be sweaty, wired and looking for trouble.
